Dannette is on faculty at Â鶹´«Ã½ in the department of Child Development. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Dannette has experience working with families, young children, teens, and adults from various multi-cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. She specializes in Infant Preschool Mental Health, and is trained in the Positive Parenting Program and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is experienced in working with families with young children coping with social emotional, and behavioral challenges, as well as early childhood trauma. Dannette’s approach is strength-based and collaborative.
