CCCCO Student Success Metrics

California Community College Chancellor's Office (CCCCO) Student Success Data (DataVista)

These metrics were developed to pinpoint critical milestones and accomplishments that align with the Vision for Success and Student Centered Funding Formula and to integrate metrics associated with various initiatives and funding streams. Most recently the SSM has been transitioned to DataVista, which uses similar methodology, but has improved user interface and a better data infrastructure.

With data reported by gender, age, ethnicity, and a variety of other student demographic characteristics, colleges, students, and the public can also use these metrics to determine if colleges are narrowing achievement gaps, which is vitally important for our students and our state's economy.
