Trisha Houston is a passionate teacher that believes in out of the box thinking. Her educational journey started at Â鶹´«Ã½ ending with two associate degrees, and throughout the years she received a bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Art History from UCLA (2 classes short of a major in Art History!), a master's degree in teaching with a bilingual education emphasis and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from CSU Fresno. She taught in K-12 settings before changing her teaching jobs to higher education.

Trisha is a mother of three sons, grandma of three wonderful kids, and married to her high school boyfriend. Her hobbies include the outdoors, reading, cooking/baking, and anything (yes... anything) related to the arts. One of her life-long goals is to visit as many national parks as possible and write a book about it someday.
