Julie is a native of Fresno. She attended Fresno High School and Â鶹´«Ã½. She transferred to CSU, Fresno where she received her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Mathematics. She taught full-time at the high school level for many years before arriving at Â鶹´«Ã½. When Julie looks at her students, they remind her of herself, as she once was in their shoes, in the same halls and some of the same classrooms. Julie strives to be humble and approachable, treat others as she would like to be treated, and inspire her students to believe in themselves and to chase their dreams.
